What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. However, my goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let me know and I’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically, premades ship out within 3 business days. Custom orders may take up to 6 weeks, but if there is a delay that will be communicated with you via Instagram. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products created?

All products are either made in house or foraged from the forest.
